This document explains the cancellation, withdrawal and return conditions under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Withdrawal period
For standard products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
2. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following:
- Goods specially produced to the buyer's requests (custom-made).
- Custom orders whose production has already started.
- Goods that cannot be returned by nature or are unsuitable for hygiene reasons.
- Digital content or services performed immediately, once performed.
3. Cancellation
Orders for which production has not started may be cancelled with the seller's approval; for custom orders in production, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Refund process
Upon notice, the product is sent back; after inspection the payment is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
